These terms and conditions apply to the use of the 23h2 platform (https://23h2.app). By creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a lottery, or using any service on 23h2, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

23h2 is an online Sports Betting and lottery platform built for users in Bangladesh. Reading these Terms & Conditions in full before using our services is mandatory. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

23h2's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

To register on 23h2, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided during registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

23h2 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification is mandatory for high-value transactions. Payments may be held until KYC is completed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 23h2 platform. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register or place bets.

• Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory.
• A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested for age verification.
• If a minor's account is operated on their behalf, the parent or guardian will also be held responsible.
• If your age information is found to be false, your account will be closed immediately.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 23h2. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sport.
• In live betting, if the connection is lost, the bet remains valid provided the odds were already accepted.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, 23h2's own rules will apply.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each event.
• 23h2 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 23h2. We support payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Deposits start from a minimum of ৳100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Payments to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

If you experience any issues with a transaction, contact support@23h2.app immediately. Complaints raised after 72 hours may not be accepted.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirements apply.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus on deposits of a set amount every week.
• Cashback: A set percentage cashback on your net weekly losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus.

Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 23h2. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets through bots or using automated software.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the platform.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Submitting fake or fraudulent documents for identity verification.

23h2's fraud detection system operates around the clock. Any suspicious activity is automatically flagged and investigated.

23h2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or directive from a regulatory authority.

If you have a remaining balance and have not violated any rules, you will have the opportunity to withdraw funds before your account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, you may also temporarily suspend your own account at any time.
